A lot of the AI implemented is in front end phone answering instead of a call center.
Think Alexa answering calls to Federal Agencies with a limited knowledge base.....Most calls and customers can be satisfied.....default is always to a “live’ person...
This is not exactly “Terminator” level AI...
Future use of AI will expand however the Executive Order specifies limits...
