Jets at 1-15 would get the first draft choice. JAX has tiebreaker for 31st place.
Based on better conf rec/common games.

However, if NYJ victory is vs. Pittsburgh:
That is a conf win and a common game. Ties. Goes to strength of Victory. JETS win that ( PT vs INDY) and JAX gets first pick.
