Poll watching won’t resolve this. Many conservative poll watchers were ejected from watching ballot counting to the wild cheers of “progressives”. Some were threatened, intimidated. Some locations put them too far away from the ballots to see what happened. Some locations pulled suitcases full of ballots out from under tables after ending the count, and watching, for the night.
Poll watchers can’t help with registration/illegal voter issues. Poll watchters can’t address fraudulent ballot software used to switch votes.
Most importantly, poll watchers can’t make the courts adhere to the task of judging these issues fairly. Some courts have refused to even hear them. There are still pockets of corruption out there which are preventing the courts from functioning as the law intended.
Martial law addresses the failure of the courts to function.
