Here’s my breakdown thread of Justice Alito’s request.

FWIW 1) *If* SCOTUS hears case, that’s a signal they A) have 4 Justices, B) think Plantiffs can win, C) believe decision can change outcome of race; & 2) SCOTUS is very likely to merge cases.

IMHO, and I’ll know more in days to come, SCOTUS *may* be considering merging cases across involving different states into a multistate suit.

Part of Rudy’s plan is to have an overarching lawsuit. Few know that, I think.
