The law schools at Harvard and Yale teach the “living” Constitution, not original intent. Why do those schools seem to have a lock on Supreme Court appointments? ACB is an exception.

If progressives want “diversity” in the courts, they should be demanding graduates of state university law schools instead of Ivy League grads.
