The problem as I see it is that C J Johnson (the loud-mouth) will not suffer any consequences for her foul-mouthed transgressions. If the meeting is conducted as it should, there is time set aside for rebuttal testimony and/or witness questioning. That is when Johnson should speak her piece. Otherwise meeting disruptions should start with penalties as small as a fine and escalate to jail time for multiple offenses.
