i’m not proposing any permanent change to the constitution. however, it could take the form of a one shot amendment. the key would be mutual agreement between trump and biden— all else could follow from that in some way (leave it to lawyers).

to my mind, the question would become, would biden be willing to admit a very big problem exists with the current election? or would he try to brute force his way from a broken election process?

i’m not proposing any permanent change to the constitution. however, it could take the form of a one shot amendment.

Good luck with that:

Amendment proposals may be adopted and sent to the states for ratification by either:
* A two-thirds (supermajority) vote of members present—if a quorum exists—in both the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States Congress; or
* A majority vote of state delegations at a national convention called by Congress at the request of the legislatures of at least two-thirds (at present 34) of the states. (This method has never been used.)

To become an operative part of the Constitution, an amendment, whether proposed by Congress or a national constitutional convention, must be ratified by either:
* The legislatures of three-fourths (at present 38) of the states; or
* State ratifying conventions in three-fourths (at present 38) of the states.

A proposed amendment becomes an official Article of the Constitution immediately once it is ratified by three-fourths of the States.

Your “solution” is absurd. First of all, why should Biden give up an election he stole “fair and square?” Second, there are still Constitutional remedies that have not been bypassed or defeated. Third, it still results in a Civil War. Fourth, what’s to stop them from cheating again and again until they get their way?

~~~~~~~~~~~
Biden will do what his buyer tells him to do. His buyer, China will tell biden to continue to rip and claw at our country, tear it or burn it down through riots he foments if “necessary” but to never concede unless to elvate another Chinese puppet to the presidency.
