Easily. Theres only 4 people on the ballot. Ban Dominion for paper ballots. Mail in voting not allowed, no exceptions. Require voters have in state picture ID’s and demand thumb prints on each ballot. Post national guard troops to be the only ones that count votes in urban areas. Fraud stopped!

Sure, in the long run. (The thumbprint thing goes against the 'sacred secret ballot' thing, but I get where you're coming from.)

It would be easy if the feds consfiscated all Dominion machines. To be honest, it would be the quickest remedy and if enough Georgians got pissed, it could all be done over a weekend....and without machines, its their only option to a secure election....and cheapest solution.
