Wait a minute.......when did Dr. Williams pass? I didn’t see that.......
Same comment as you.
Considering the article is from 1991, the article seems to be a bit premature. (/sarc)
Wiki says passed December 2, 2020.
When did Walter E. Williams die? If he did, was it ever mentioned on FR? Howcum Rush didn’t talk about it? There is/was another Walter Williams. Might have even been a half-baked economist. That’s why OUR Dr. Williams emphasized the E in his name. Walter E. Williams.
He used to live in King of Prussia Pennsylvania. How he commuted to GMU I never understood.
Apparently he just passed today, according to Wikipedia.
It’s breaking news
Louis Rukeyser. I always thought it was amusing he hosted Wall Street Week and he looked a bit like the portrait of Geo. Washington on the dollar bill.
Ken Blackwell has posted a death notice on Twitter this morning.
One of the great voices of common sense, gone.
He died early this morning.
Thanks this was great to watch.
A Black conservative, former Chair of Economics at George Mason University and a sub for Rush Limbaugh. The left’s worst nightmare.
When did he pass? Huge loss.
Terrible news. He was a great patriot and a voice of common sense in our vast wilderness of stupidity. May he rest in peace and may the Good Lord raise up others like him.
We have lost a great man this morning. Sadly there is no one who can step up and fill his place.
How are we going to manage without this man’s courageous opinion in our national life? So sad to lose him.
Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser - I loved that show - used to settle in on Friday nights with my scotch and hundred shares of Fidelity Magellan fund and feel like a Master of the Universe - then reality struck....
