Of course, voting in person is preferable but better to vote by mail than not vote at all.
Republicans are stupid to not be trying to get votes from elderly and infirm party members who might not be able to get to the polls in person.
The question is who will count votes not cast votes. As long as GOP let Dem count and manipulate votes, it may not matter.
