How about solid conservative states move to boycott MI, WI, PA, AZ until they get their elections house in order?

Lincoln’s order to suspend habeus corpus was unconstitutional as martial law can only exist where the courts are unable to operate due to natural disaster or insurrection. The money quote is “within districts or localities where ordinary law no longer adequately secures public safety and private rights.”
So long as the courts are open and in session and the police are patrolling the streets, a declaration of martial law has no legal effect under the US Constitution.
This is a dumb idea and will turn people in the middle toward Biden. It’s pure fantasy and serves only to support the left’s claims that President Trump is a wannabe dictator. The reality is President Trump would never do this because he’s a man of law and order. This is inviting anarchy.

That is what is going to happen.
It may be the only option in this case. We are at WAR with communist China, they essentially bought this election. And with so much corruption at every level, how else do we defend ourselves? If we lose this election there will be no other, ever. That is a case for martial law and tribunals for treason.

What does that mean, exactly?
The matter of imposing what some would call draconian measures to ensure free and fair elections is a double-edged sword, because it means surrendering some God-given rights and liberties for the sake of securing basic republican processes. A contradiction in and of itself. But I knew even as a young teenager, beginning to understand our form of government (yes, I was a voracious student of American history), that the same system guaranteeing us these rights could be easily perverted into weapons against those who cherished it most. Entire blocs could appoint themselves with rights with the intent of destroying it for others. There would be no universal understanding of value and intent. Now that it appears we have crossed the Rubicon, the means and methods left to remedy this are all bitter pills to swallow.

If you're going to declare martial law then why have any election? Let Trump stay for the next four years or eight years or however many he wants.
