All court proceedings recorded as transcript by the Court Reporter are available to the public from that court through the Court Reporter for a modest fee, it's how attorneys research proceedings for appeal.

You just contact the court that heard the case and request a transcript.

You will not get access to settlement negotiations, but any great oral arguments attorneys present before the court will be recorded word for word.

It actually might help her understand why the Founders opted for Rule of Law over Rule of Mob, and what a real lawyer protects and does.
