Ha! A perfect example of what NOT to do. Rian Johnson is a competent director based on what I saw in “Knives Out” but he should NEVER be allowed anywhere near another Star Wars property. I’m hoping the plans of him directing a new SW trilogy have been scrapped.
First rule: make sure your directors are fans of the content. You could tell they didn’t understand or care.
