Why would any rational, decent person want to live in LA?
Work, family duties, own a property that declined in value that they still owe money on. There are reasons.

Hope that California could become what it was when I was a kid is what brought me back after nearly 30 years in the military.
Now my grandkids are here. Hard to leave.
