Not exactly. A new pres. will appoint a new AG who would issue new “guidance” that would effectively say all that the SC can look at are ballots in Alaska.

No it isn’t. The president can fire him anytime. The only reason Trump didn’t is that the Republican Party said they would impeach him instantly. Pelosi would never do that. He would be fired the day after inauguration and say it was to end Trumps tyranny. Lindsey Graham would say something tough on Hannity and that would be it.
