Can't be scrubbed. At issue is the setting of the signature matching machine. The Clark County recorder had the match threshold set way to low - much lower than the minimum settings recommended by the manufacturer.

Pretty much allowed any scribble to match the reference signatures used to verify mail in ballots.

It's a given that far more ballots will be invalidated by simple inspection than is needed to force more careful audit.

This will open the flood gates on some pretty serious election fraud in Clark County. This may end up being the weak link in the national vote fraud chain and the one that forces other states into an audit. The county recorder is a true moron and he really screwed up
