They must mean the SECOND vote for D voters, I thought ‘they’ said most of the Ds voted EARLY, which then allowed JB to get more outlandish on what he would do and he got away with it because his ‘base’ couldn’t change. (Well....)
The premise of their arguments are that the early voting totals were entered in the tabulations later on which is why there were spikes. I don’t know when they were in the vote counts, early or late...
