Yup. I’ve seen explosives and other rioting charges in areas where President Trump replaced the corrupt federal attorney(s) assigned to that district with decent judges.
President Trump assigned an “acting AG” to D.C. in May of this year to replace the swamp critter there, and notice the date range in this DOJ release (May 2020 to present):
