Many of these crimes are committed by drug/gun/trafficking rings that serve as the Deep State’s foot soldiers for assasinations/coverups etc. and fuel the deep state with money. Take away the power of the deep state to cause more substantial riots when Trump is formally acknowledged as President for the next term.
This kind of gang likely assasinated Seth Rich and those two thugs were assassinated to keep them from talking.
Besides, can’t throw all resources at election fraud and let the rest of the country devolve into lawlessness.
