β€œβ€in any federal district in the United States.””

And how many of those do we have in the US?

I think there are around 98. Each district accommodates a certain max population so CA has 4 districts while CO has 1.

What comprises a “federal district?” I’ve never heard of such a description and I’ve been around a long, long time.

This explains squat....I take it to mean “judicial” - relating to courts but there has to be a simpler definition of what a federal district is; “control of “A” federal government means what? My inclination is to “skip it” and move on....

“”A federal district is a type of administrative division of a federation, usually under the direct control of a federal government and organized sometimes with a single municipal body. Federal districts often include capital districts, and they exist in various federations worldwide.””
