No they are targeting the white supremacists because they are the biggest threat to the US.

I've seen numerous DOJ posts on take downs (large, RICO prosecution) of mixed races, black and Hispanic gangs. Yesterday there was a take down of 700 thugs including MS-13 and 18th Street gang members.
