Snopes is a joke, and I take no joy in posting this, but Rudy’s numbers may have been incorrect, per this article and the update at the bottom of it.

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/11/nine_useful_articles_and_data_points_showcasing_2020s_election_theft.html

I have to go for the night but hope you can clarify this one way or the other. Thanks.

I take no joy in seeing Rudy being incorrect too, but I am EVEN MORE SORROWFUL in seeing people continuing to REPEAT his mistake, from the Spectator to the NOQ Report.

And when I point it out here — somehow, instead of analyzing the data to show that Rudy is perhaps right, I get attacked ( shaking my head in sorrow ).

“A Florida professor meticulously tracked the early mail-in voting in Pennsylvania. including the number of absentee ballots requested and the number returned, all while noting party registration. and county. Richard says, “I tracked this every day and the numbers requested and received were both over 2.5 million. This information is on the Pennsylvania state election website and the professor’s. I have no idea where Rudy gets his numbers, but they are wrong.” In other words, to the extent Rudy says 2.5 million mail-in votes got counted, the professor’s data says that the same number were both requested and logged-in as returned.”

This is easy. The FL Professor (why wasn’t his name written out?) has the right numbers but the wrong context.

Rudy’s numbers referenced the numbers of registered Democrats that were mailed ballots. Rudy focused on Democrats. The FL professor didn’t.

I will repeat, the only arguments to follow are those in the court room. Follow what the parties to the lawsuit say and no one else because you’ll just get confused and make yourself miserable. People on the outside of the legal case don’t have access to the data and the facts.

Watch Rudy and the Defendants in the cases he files. If for example, the State of PA responds, then we’re talking. But so far they are staying silent and/or playing dumb. That’s because they have been caught.
