An Easier Way to Stop Joe Biden

Courts have repeated thrown out President's Trump's lawsuits, often with contempt and scorn. As far as I know, not even a single fraudulent vote has yet been judicially identified and removed from Joe Biden's tallies.

What I suggest instead is to go after Joe for state law felony voter corruption, while Joe Biden is still within the grasp of state law.

Florida Statute 104.061(2) provides:
(2) No person shall directly or indirectly give or promise anything of value to another intending thereby to buy that person’s or another’s vote or to corruptly influence that person or another in casting his or her vote. Any person who violates this subsection is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in....

Joe's proposal extends way past the usual political campaign promise. The $10,000 would go out regardless of student loan borrower need. From my point of view, we're at the unacceptable point where simply enormous sums are being offered with the primary purpose of buying votes.

The highly troubling 'Biden Plan' ad ran on West Coast Florida television (apparently when there was a belief that Joe might not win Florida) promising $7,000/year 'child care' credits to parental voters and $10,000 loan write-offs to voters owing on student loans.

Does any one after reading the Florida Statute excerpt and having seen the 'Biden Plan' ad think that Joe Biden is not a felon deserving of time in a state penitentary?

Making our nation safe from past and potential vote buyers and the bedrock right of the Bill of Rights safe from Joe Biden will take a determined prosecutor, 12 honest jurors, a copy of F.S. 104.102(2) or another state's equivalent and a video player running an endless loop copy of the 'Biden plan' ad.
