Inez? Whatever happened to names like Sarah, Mary, Rebecca, Jane, Elizabeth, etc?

That is simply "Agnes" in Spanish or Portuguese. Like Miguel for Michael or Jose for Joe.

I never took High School spanish, so I was unaware. My attitude in High School, and today, is “Why should I learn Spanish? This is the United States of America.”
