But he didn’t say that.. if he meant only 1.8 million were sent out to registers democrats, but 2.5 million were recounted from democrats then fine... but that’s not what he has said.
He needs to clarify because by late October PA had already reported it had sent well over 2.5 million ballots.
Agreed—those particular quoted stats sound like they could be discrediting.
