As an attorney that files pleadings all the time, we are always reading each other’s drafts trying to catch everything. It is not easy. If she had three typos, that is acceptable.
I'll try it again. The Michigan pleading has MANY more than three typos. It has plenty of sentences like these:
"Unlawfully coached voters to vote for Joe Biden and to vote a straight Democrat ballot, including by going overtothevotingboothswithvotersinorder to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote...""...when a voter’s name could not be found, the election worker assigned the ballot to a random name already in the QVF to a person who had notvoted and recordedthesenewvotersashavingabirthdate of1/1/1900..."
"22.ThejurisdictionoftheCourttograntdeclaratoryreliefisconferredby28U.S.C. §§ 220"
"168.31(1)(a)(the“SecretaryofStateshall...issueinstructions andpromulgaterules...fortheconduct of elections and registrations in accordance with the laws of this state”). "
Something has stripped the spaces out of these sentences. To me, that looks like an optical character recognition problem, but it could be something else.
