She e-filed it at midnight, I’m guessing the OCR botched it and there was no one working at court that late to fix the scanning errors.
I don’t think it’s up to the court to edit the doc. The filer needs at least a proofing function. Having an admin person, or legal secretary on standby would be useful.
Or maybe it was a collaborative effort of many people working remotely that had to be patched together. That would be a difficult task under pressure.
Who even gives a flip about any of these typos?
