Can somebody explain exactly what #11 is talking about?.

“ 11. Almost 100,000 absentee BALLOTS in Georgia were recorded as requested and were included in the vote count - except that there's no record they were ever returned to county election boards”

To me, It means SOMEONE made a request for those 100,000 ballots probably as backup for the steal...but when they used them they were not tied to any particular voter, as they “were never returned” Officially...as in date stamped, etc. Ie...they came in thru back door. I could be wrong.

Here is how I would explain it.

1. We know more than 1.3 million absentee ballots were sent to Georgia voters.

2. 100,000 of those requested absentee ballots were counted.

3. The counties have zero records that these 100,000 absentee ballots were received. In other words the counties have no envelopes or logs to show they actually received 100,000 votes that were counted.
