Having quickly read the 104-page complaint, here are the highlights.
Sidney Powell promised to release the Kraken and show Americans the scope of election fraud on November 3, 2020. Shortly before midnight on Wednesday, she filed a 104-page complaint detailing everything she asserts took place in Georgia. This post will give you a very brief overview of the allegations.
You can view the complaint here. The narrative bounces around, so I’ve organized it by chronology and subject matter. The causes of action arise under Georgia election law, federal law, and the Constitution.
The complaint repeats what Powell has said before about Dominion and Smartmatic voting machines being created to help Hugo Chavez win elections. (You can learn more about Dominion’s history here.)
Powell quotes a Venezuelan whistleblower’s direct testimony about the two systems, including Chavez’s requirements that the software would hide vote manipulation from audits. The computers were designed to enable virtually endless vote manipulation throughout the voting process, whether printing ballots, feeding them into the counting machine, or actually counting them.
The computers were also connected to the internet, so that, when it came to data manipulation, no one had to be physically present with the computers. The systems have been associated with election fraud in various countries.
The fraud began when defendant Governor Kemp, defendant Secretary of State Raffensberger, and the Georgia Board of Elections (members of which are also defendants) hastily bought Dominion Voting Systems software and hardware. Kemp and Raffensberger disregarded all the evidence from Texas and others showing that the machines were vulnerable to fraud and impossible to audit. Ironically, it was Democrats who were initially worried about the systems’ fraud potential.

I agree. Trump knew this was coming. Could he find enough people in the right places that he could trust to monitor and document this. It seems that power has corrupted most of government.

I don't have cable TV. I cut the cord earlier in the year. Did CNN go out with the FBI early this Thanksgiving morning when they issued a no knock warrant on the homes of Kemp, Raffensberger, and members of the Georgia Board of Elections? I am positive the FBI has been investigating this for over a year since they didn't have the resources investigate Hunter Biden's laptop. One more question, what was DOJ chief Barr's statement today?

When someone does something this irresponsible, there was probably blackmail and/or death threats from Deep State involved.
Keep in mind, these are both lifelong Repubs... why would they do this??? They've certainly been acting like they are scared to death of something, imo.

Well, who is to say? They do have USB ports. Some 48 ( or thereabouts) USB flash drives went missing from machines in Detroit. Did they have ballot count info? Software updates to alter votes?

They deliberatey chose a voting system that could not be audited. Any vote that can not be audited is legally invalid.
The Dominion voting system has the legal standing equivalently as the Muller Russia Russia Russia probe. All smoke and mirrors, no legal substance.
One thing I will give the Democrats, when they decide to go smoke and mirrors here is no limits on the tax dollars they will burn to generate the smoke.
I agree. They had no problem spending 40 million on a impeachment that they knew was fake. They knew this. The democrats should have had to pony up the money from there own pockets. Maybe they would check themselves then.. And do you think since the system is invalid there is a case for throwing out those states. Lol. I know it’s wishful thinking. I just can’t stand the fact they cheated so hard in our faces and everyone is just asking us to suck it up and take it.
I watched a Georgia rally where Kemp for certain was paraded out and recognized as a Trump supporter. It’s likely the other clown was there and recognized also.
Mitt Romney is an open Never Trumper and proves it with just about anything he says about Trump. Even though I cannot stand the bastard, he is true and honest with his beliefs, thus not a traitor to Trump.
Kemp was touted as being a supporter with little to no hit of being a Never Trumper. I think the guy was bought out and/or the left has some nasty blackmail items against him. Regardless, he has now been outed as a Never Trumper. Georgians had no idea what they voted in until it was too late.
I also believe discovery of this traitorous act is what caused the split between Powell and the rest of Trump’s legal team. By this, Powell can pursue legal efforts against Kemp without it looking like there is Republican infighting. This leaves Trump’s remaining team to tackle other versions of fraud. A very smart two pronged effort.
Which gets it talked about and in the public eye. If it were posted with perfect professionalism and no glitches whatsoever, there'd be no mention whatsoever. I kinda wonder if that typo was deliberate.
