You can read the whole order on federal register website. It seems to address either people working on behalf of forign entitied or foreign entities. My true or fantasy take on this is that Trump knew Hillary and other dems were working with foreigners re: election manipulation. I.e...servers in Spain or Germany. (33,000 emails might have been helpful).
So Trump knew that...and may soon expose it. Now he has executive order legal remedies against such people..including henchmen. Which is why the Dems so desperately HAVE to “win”. Just sayin’
This gives a perfect explanation as to why Trump did nothing toward the arrest of all these criminal entities. He knew that he had something big planned, his piece de resistance which would gather them all up in a pretty basket with a ribbon attached.
