Covid also caused the lockdown, which was supposed to destroy the Trump economy, and send voters fleeing to the Democrat Party. Obviously the Trump economy is too strong for the Rats to destroy that easily.
But it was nip and tuck in Sept and Oct. The staggering amount of extreme fear the leftists produced ensured that the economy wouldn’t rebound quickly. I’m am surprised at the rebound — it is astonishing.
Unfortunately it gave the Dems just enough ammo for the fools: 1) the economy sucks 2) all Trump’s fault, and 3) Biden would have done so much better handling COVID that we wouldn’t be in this mess.
#3 is preposterous beyond belief. Chief Execs like Trump handle huge crises like you and I handle putting on our pants. Biden, hiding in the Senate as one of 100 for four decades, never had any executive experience at all. Nobody can think of ANY leadership examples or accomplishments by the man. To think he would have done better than Trump at managing COVID is so laughable that a sane, informed person would reject it out of hand.
