The only people who should be getting tested are the ones getting hospitalized.
I can’t say that I agree with that. Anyone who thinks they might have the Wuhan Flu and wants to be tested should be able to get it. Others who work in particular kinds of jobs, like healthcare workers, should probably be tested regularly.
