I haven’t been able to find the Secretary of State figures which were said to have changed last night as far as VBM or whatever ballots COUNTED were concerned, but stayed the same for VBM ballots or whatever SENT OUT. I believe this came from testimony from Greg Stenstrom.

The SoS removed then from the website a day prior to the election.
I would need to double-check, but the original lawsuit was making an equal protection argument — not a voter / election fraud argument.
They probably did not have the evidence they needed to bring a fraud case at that time.
Did not the court refuse to allow an evidenciary hearing?
