“FREEE BIIIRRR...!!!”
That’s a really tiny squirrel...redtailed hawks are big but usually not that big compared to squirrels, Missouri squirrels, anyway, which are hefty. That little rodent looks like a Gulf Coast mini-squirrel. For some reason squirrels on the coast here in Florida look like midgets.
If you’re on the lawn and fox squirrel goes cheep!-cheep!
Just step aside or you may end up in the leaves
Furry little fox squirrel runs through the lawn all day
Even the red-tail can’t make him change his ways

That red-tail hawk is really a sharp-eyed scowl
But when will he learn that he may never take him down?
Crazy little fox squirrel never bothers anyone
Just runnin’ through the lawn is his idea of having fun!
