All enzymes work on inflammation when taken on an empty stomach. When taken with food, they aid in digestion. Systemic Enzymes are assimilated through our exocrine system and we only have a finate supply. By taking them by mouth, you prolong the supply. They are the single most important protection against abnormal inflammatory processes that occur in the human body.

Yes I also take digestive enzymes about every meal, and an acid supplement. Been doing that for 6 years.

The final piece for me was the vitamin A. I take about 10000 IU a couple times a week.

I got super sick back in 2014 and was diagnosed with multiple intestinal infections including c-diff. Thought I was dying. Went to a natural practitioner and did IV ozone therapy on me. It was stunning that lymphnodes which had been swollen for months drained within 2 hrs after the first treatment. Two more rounds knocked it out 100%. The pioneer in that field is a ND out of the northwest. He claimed that the ozone protocol could knock out Ebola infection within 2-3 days.
