I thought Dr Z said, once you HAVE it, don’t take the Vit D....only take the D as part of preventative.
How much Zinc are you giving her? Too much can cause nausea/taste/smell issues. Just curious.

A trial out of India this week dosed people with 60,000IU of Vitamin D AFTER they were positive. It has better results than standard of care and they cleared the virus sooner. The problem is Vitamin D takes 7-10 days to get metabolized in the liver.
Of course, some of it metabolizes immediately so the benefit does start soon, it's just a long ramp up if your D levels were low.
