They have records of all the vote data coming in in a way that is mathematically impossible without manipulation. Not unlikely, but absolutely impossible. They have this in addition to the affidavits of people on the ground seeing all kinds of fraud.
Is it enough for a Judge though? Or even multiple Judges as this would need to fail at lower courts and be escalated to the SCOTUS to have any National impact.
That is the question.
