I think if you reflect on this you will realize that this is a nonsensical statement. Tomorrow we will see the suit, the filing made to the court. Like any suit it will make claims of damages to the filing parties, outline the instances and assertions they will later make in the hearing of the case itself.
The proofs, the evidence, the Exhibits, the full arguments to support the proofs, claims and exhibits are presented at court, not in a filing. It is always this way -- filing first, discovery follows, evidence and argument at court, not on TV for entertainment.
