You are confused, or spreading a false narrative. The Sekulow filing was for Monday or today. Sidney said a week or two ago that her filing was aimed for Friday (the Friday after Thanksgiving). That’s why she is now planning to file TOMORROW, because the courts will be closed for the ‘holiday’.
