My name is James Knox and I am a former ultra conservative Montana Legislator. I now reside in Arizona. A friend of mine and I came up with a bill to guarantee the security of the ballot. At least it addresses the issue that ensures one legal voter, one legal vote. Best of all most of the systems are currently in place but not used for elections, but for the criminal justice system. We call this bill the DD (Document Discriminator) Voter ID bill. Please use the link above to download the current bill concept paper. Or this link https://1drv.ms/b/s!Ah4YZazQWz4ygtgVjlOHG1nSke-E7A?e=7ErTp3 This is a single-issue bill and designed to pass easily by any state legislature in a bipartisan manner. If ensures that all legal voters who vote in person or absentee are validated and the ballot with a unique identifier is tracked to that voter throughout the process. Due to some of the verifications for absentee it ensures residency and eliminates the ability to inject artificial ballots into the count.
Please review and speak to your state legislators to get this passed!
The judges cannot reverse this is passed by the legislators. did you read it??
I am pressing my congressman to have the state legislators elect the POTUS, or, demand, the Trump appeal for another election immediately where only in person, with ID voting will be allowed..period!!! Also all voting will be done on paper ballots in the approved voting precinct!!! No mail in votes allowed!!!
This bill will do just that in spades! Youc na produce a id but is it active? The DD identified if it is active and citizenship, photo for visual ID and signature.
It will also allow for absentee to be secured.
Have spent decades working the angles FRiend. Nothing has changed during the decades in my state. Good Luck to you and US all ....
With driver’s licenses , when you move you have to surrender your old license to get a new one. Same system could work here.
