Agree on Kyle. Clear case of self-defense. Can a pardon work before a verdict is determined? It should IMHO.
I’m guessing that Kyle’s trial is a long ways off.
Kyle needs to be convicted before he can be pardoned....I think
also needs to be a federal crime.
