The court can refer to the moment the command came from ‘someone’ to the several swing states to stop counting, then the poll watchers were sent away and the counting resumed. That moment established the point at which any further counting was too suspect to include in the totals. That establishes the point of remedy.

Yes.

Did those states stop counting at the same time?

Has this ever happened before?

Someone on this forum posted something a Democrat put on Twitter. It was a message that had a phrase repeated several times that made no sense, had no context. Maybe that was the command you’re referring to.

During WWII the British communicated with the French Resistance via BBC coded announcements. Here’s information about their coded announcement broadcast on the eve of D-Day:

“On the night of 5 June 1944, the eve of D-Day, the phrase “Berce mon coeur d’une langueur monotone” or “cradle my heart with a monotonous languor” signalled the invasion was about to begin.”

Was the Twitter tweet I saw the command? I wish someone would find the FR post that included the tweet. I can’t find it again. The search engine for Free Republic is lousy. I’ve never been able to use it to find anything from the archives.
