I got a big kick out of that one episode of ‘Lost Gold Of WWII’ when the crew uncovered a knife in the tunnel.
They immediately ran it back for analysis thinking it was from the 1930s.

I immediately recognized that knife as a US govt issued knife - one of which I still possess when I worked with the USDA.
After losing a couple of them over the span of my 30yr career, I finally held on to one that I have since I retired in 2009.

You need to look up the series “FOUND”.

Everybody has something that they found that is ancient and worth millions.

Until it’s not.

Then there’s the show, “Eating History”, where the two crazy men eat “historical food” that is decades [or more] past its expiration date.

Exciting.
