I was skeptical it was happening here, but I’ve done to believe there was cheating in Virginia. I’ve never observed anything suspicious at a polling place, but these statistics just don’t add up.

We have to be careful. The video posted by General Flynn does a good job explaining that the shifted votes were actually rounding errors due to the percentages.

It's not that there's no computer fraud, but the shifted votes don't appear to be part of it.

VA was invaded by Clinton carpetbaggers and the fraud started a long time ago. I believe VA was the test bed for the massive fraud we see now.

The data for the R candidate looks smooth and progress up in a normal fashion. The D candidate fluctuates wildly. My conclusion: Rigged. Fake, OBVIOUS Fraud.
