I was in 8th grade in New Orleans, a Protestant in a Catholic grade school, and of course a heavily Catholic area. The nuns were completely emotionally slain. The school buses quickly pulled up and everyone went home. I didn’t really get it that my Mom was crying and inconsolable—I questioned it and she thought I was an emotionless little $hit. Maybe so; I still have all the newspaper clippings. The Times-Picayune had lots of info on Oswald and his Mom since they were Orleanians. Not to get into the whole conspiracy thing, but later in life I stood directly under “the window” of the School Book Depository, looked at the marker down the street, and thought “this was just NOT a tough shot”, especially with a scope, I don’t care what other “experts” have said. I qualified expert while in the USAF.

Me too. I have been through the 6th floor museum and looked at the angles and distances. Pretty easy.

Everyone should see that geometry, in person, before they opinion up on the issue. My first impression was you could have hit him with a rock if your timing was right.
