Biden does not have to concede. When Trump is proven the clear winner and selected for a second term by the Electoral College, he will be President for his second term.
Now the left will parade Biden around as the legitimate President. The media will support the fake notion. BLM/Antifa types will be ramping up their violence, probably to include both random and targeted murders.
This may trigger CWII, but I doubt it. If it does happen the legitimate part of our federal government will be on our side as well as the police forces. I don’t think it will last long nation wide. The left coast will hold out until military/milita forces gut them of leftists.
Concession is meaningless after the GSA confirms the Electoral vote.
Biden could do the country a favor and just admit that he has discovered the election fraudsters in his campaign, that Trump was elected, and he concedes the election...

If such people are in positions of great power, the situation could hardly be more dangerous, but the revelation of truth, whatever it might be, is the only honourable course for honourable honest people to take.

What if Biden doesn’t concede? He has. He and his cheating team know that Trump won. He has conceded but not in a presidential candidates way. He’s done so in the sniveling, passive aggressive way that the media enables, expecting us to follow along.
What if he hadn’t conceded? Thats the question.
If he hadn’t conceded:
He would be cooperating with Trump’s team toward fair audits the way the non-conceding Bush did in Gore v Bush, in order to protect the integrity of the election, in order to ensure the 80 million who doubt it, that he did win fairly. Even 30% of democrats don’t buy this farce.
Many high profile democrats and Mitt Romney would be lining up to take a cabinet spot. But they are not.
Kamala Harris would be publicly discussing her efforts to choose a senate successor for her imminent departure from the senate.
Biden would be very visible, having press conferences. He’s alone at home, one imagines. Add ‘Where’s Joe?’ to the national conversation.
He has conceded. He just hasn’t announced it, he, along with his handlers and all the criminals, hoping to avoid jail, expecting this cheating farce to succeed with the right corrupt judges.
That he allows the country to go through this process, knowing he cheated, is fitting for his low character. The media covers for him, propping him up, dragging him across the finish line.
There is no constitutional requirement to concede. At precisely noon on January 20th, one man will become the President of the United States and the other man will return to being a private citizen.
More likely is the poor old criminal will be shuttled into a nursing facility and pumped full of Halcion until he croaks.
The ONLY thing that matters are the electoral vote count revealed by the Speaker of the House on January 6th.
One can only hope and pray for the Electoral College representatives to have ethics, but I wouldn't count on it.
We have already seen coercion and intimidation of election supervisors, and doxing of Trump attnys.
My concern is that the legal challenge takes time, and will not be decided for years.
That would make Trumps legal challenge a "Pyrrhic Victory" : one where you win the battle, .. but loose the war.
Free America will not endure peacefully a prolonged legal battle.

Why would he. He stole the election fair and square, the Republican Party and Trump didn’t do a dam thing to stop it in 4 years! The people who voted for third party or the dem candidate along with all of us deserve what we get. America is history!
