I looked up the richest neighborhood in Minneapolis and a Google search told me Kenwood. So being a good American citizen I went to google maps and clicked in Kenwood until I got a street address. Then I called the hotline and told them to investigate a sex party on W. Lake of the Isles Parkway. I plan to call it once or twice a day just to leave inane, obviously fake messages. We need to spam it until the noise just shuts it down.

You and friends could have several cars driving through the wealthy neighborhoods looking for parties in progress, and call in bona fide complaints.

That is the best way to end it—the rich folks will shut down the snitch line in a hurry.
