We are all frustrated at this point. But we are in pre-game time here I am afraid. The teams have told you how amped up and Uber prepped they are for the game. The hype is building. Then, the coin flip will happen, they start the game and either your team came to play or it goes bust.
We won’t know what she does or doesn’t have until she produces it in her case (if a Court even allows her to).
As for us, we just want the damn game to start and all the freaking pre-game analysis to end.

The Electoral College failed to decide a winner in the 1876 election so it was thrown into Congress, a different scenario altogether. In any case. the Electoral College wasn’t overridden, there is no way for that to happen.
I assume that if some information were to come before Congress AFTER the EC had chosen a winner, that the person was somehow ineligible Congress could impeach, them, but that is all. I know of no Constitutional provision to nullify the result of the EC vote.

Every state that certifies the vote count before the evidence is opened in a court of law is aiding and abetting the sedition of vote cheating. Affidavits are evidence. To ignore evidence in so important a venue as the vote of the sovereigns is ... the enemy at work.
This afternoon at a large grocery store, I noticed at the checkout counters the absence of all magazines with “President Elect Biden and VP Harris” on their covers. They had either been bought out, shelved, or turned over.

I’m speaking of nullifying an EC vote that has successfully elected a President... not the circumstance of when the EC fails to do so... when that happens, yes, it is thrown into Congress... that has happened 3 times in our history... the first scenario has never happened.

I would guess they were hoping at least a few whistle-blowers in the CIA/NSA might come forward given the charges of massive vote manipulation that has obviously been the job of these organizations covertly. If that does not occur, I’m thinking they will need to rely on the witnesses that they already have that can give this sort of expert testimony. Certainly this could be made much easier if the proper departments would step up to the plate. That’s my personal opinion.
Each of these states could have taken these allegations of fraud more seriously but I suspect none of the legal team really had that expectation. These state workers (governors, SoS, canvassers, etc.) don’t even really know what is happening behind the scenes in regard to the hacking of the voting machines anyway. Certainly they would not have been privy to the hacking that has gone on already. The effort to steal this election has to have come from very high levels of the democrat party and/or our government. This is all speculation but it does make more sense to me as I see the wheels turning...
