In March of this year, Georgia changed the rules on signature verify and did so with no legislature involvement. They (the SoS) essentially removed a reqmt for signature verify and this election was conducted under that new rule.
The SoS is a never Trumper.
The Constitution does not permit changing rules without legislature involvement.
The ballots have been separated from the envelopes. Extracting specific ballots from the count is not possible, but an envelope audit could provide justification to the legislature to act.
