Having worked in fast food, I know the shake machine is a PIA. Has to be throughly cleaned everyday. Germs just love dairy products once they stop being cold. Food inspectors check them first.P>Yes, I worked in McD's more than 30 years ago. I remember cleaning the shake machines and wish I could've used the excuse that they're always broken.
